Overlanders Edmonton Real Estate

The neighbourhood of Overlanders is found in north east Edmonton. The majority of Overlanders homes were built during the 1970s and 1980s, according to the 2001 federal census, with 38.1% built during the 1970s, and 38.3% built during the 1980s. Only 7.5% of Overlanders homes were built prior to 1970. According to the 2005 municipal census, the most common type of home in Overlanders are rented apartments, and they make up 43% of all neighbourhood homes. Another 29% of Overlanders homes are row houses, and single-family homes make up 24%. The last 3% of compiled of duplexes. A total of 68% of all Overlanders homes are owner-occupied. There is only one school in the neighbourhood, which is operated by the Edmonton Public School System, called Overlanders Elementary School.
