Baturyn Edmonton Real Estate
Baturyn is a neighbourhood found in the Castledowns area of Edmonton. The majority of the construction of Baturyn was done during the 1970s – 73.4% to be exact. Another 18% of construction was completed during the early 1980s, and by the mid 1980s, construction in the area was complete. 71% of all residences in Baturyn are single-family dwellings, with duplexes making up another 17% and row houses making up 12%. 86% of the residences in Baturyn are owner-occupied, with 14% of residences being rented.
