The neighbourhood of King Edward Park is located in south east Edmonton. The first 12.5% of homes in King Edward Park were built before 1946, according to the 2001 federal census. Another 46.4% of homes were built between 1946 and 1960, with another 11.8% built in the 1970s. The last 9.5% were built after 1980.
